Start by signing up with your work email (recommended) or Google sign-in. Your work email makes it easier to map teams, permissions, and role access as you progress through setup.

E-mail Verification

Once you complete sign up, you'll receive an OTP (one-time password) code. Copy this code and paste it into the verification screen or click the verification link in the email.

If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Sometimes verification emails end up there, especially if you're using a personal email address like Gmail.

From here, you’ll be ready to create your organization in the next step this is where all your agents, test suites, validation runs, reporting pipelines and monitoring will live.

Helpful Tip: verification usually arrives in a few seconds. If not, hit “resend” or check promotions/spam.

Account Activation

The team typically activates accounts within 2- 4 hours of you creating an account with us. You'll receive an email when your account is active and ready to use.
